Lexomino Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026

Lexomino is a word puzzle game for iPhone and iPad published by Rooftop Labs, LLC, Flower Mound, Texas, USA (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the game handles and why.

The short version

  • There are no accounts and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
  • There are no ads, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
  • Your game progress stays on your device, and in your device’s backups if you use them.
  • If you buy something in the game, Apple handles the payment. Our purchase service, RevenueCat, receives the purchase record with an anonymous ID so it can deliver what you bought.
  • Our website, lexomino.com, uses no cookies, analytics or trackers.
  • We don’t sell your information or share it for advertising.

Information stored on your device

Your progress, settings, in-game currencies and statistics are saved on your device. They are not sent to us. If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, the backup includes this data, so restoring the backup to a new device brings your progress with it. Apple handles iCloud backups under its own privacy policy. Deleting the app deletes the data on your device.

In-app purchases

Lexomino sells optional packs of in-game currency.

Payments are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment card details or your Apple Account information.

To confirm and deliver purchases, the game uses RevenueCat, Inc., a service that records in-app purchases on our behalf. When the game starts, and when you buy something, RevenueCat receives:

  • a random anonymous identifier created on your device. It isn’t linked to your name, email or Apple Account, and it is reset if you delete the app;
  • purchase details: which product was bought, the price and currency, the date, the App Store transaction ID and your App Store country or region;
  • basic technical information sent with any app request, such as device model, operating system version, app version and language. Like any internet service, RevenueCat also sees the IP address the request comes from.

We use this information only to check that purchases are genuine, prevent fraud, deliver what you bought, and see overall sales figures. RevenueCat’s handling of this data is described in its privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

Apple

When you download Lexomino or make a purchase, Apple processes information under its own privacy policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may give us aggregated, anonymized usage statistics. Apple does not identify you to us.

Our website

Our website, lexomino.com, doesn’t use cookies, analytics or trackers, and it doesn’t load anything from other companies’ servers. It is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes the technical information that every website visit involves, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare’s handling of this data is described in its privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
  • We don’t show ads.
  • We don’t use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.
  • We don’t sell or rent personal information.

Children

Lexomino is suitable for all ages. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children, or from anyone, because the game doesn’t ask for it. Purchases on a child’s device are controlled by Apple’s parental tools, such as Family Sharing and Ask to Buy.

Keeping and deleting information

Data on your device stays there until you delete the app, and in any backup of your device until you delete that backup. Purchase records held by RevenueCat are kept as long as needed to support your purchases and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

You can ask us to access or delete purchase records about you by emailing us. The identifier is anonymous, so we may need details from your Apple purchase receipt email, such as the order ID and date, to find the right records. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We honor those requests too.

Security

Communication between the game and RevenueCat is encrypted (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we limit what is collected to what purchases require.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will update the effective date above. Significant changes will also be noted in the app’s update notes.
